Individual therapy

Individual therapy is a confidential relationship between the client and the therapist in which the client is inspecting with the therapist his own life and finds new ways of solving his problems.

The reasons to search therapy can be among others social phobias, undefined bad feelings, depressiveness, declined capacity to function, suicidal thoughts, pensions, social fears, panic attacks, sleeping disorders, eating disorders, difficulties at work, in human relations or substance abuse.

The purpose of psychoanalytic individual therapy is to expand psychological capacity to work to increase self awareness by increasing the consciousness to be able to deal better with one’s problems.

The purpose of cognitive psychotherapy is to find self confidence and the joy of life by finding more healthy thoughts to replace thoughts that wear one out and new means to manage different situations in life.
